Your account password and login credentials are strictly personal and confidential. You must not share them with anyone. You are solely responsible for any transactions carried out through unauthorised access to your account. • You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and mobile number at the time of registration.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but multiple accounts operated from the same payment account are not permitted.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or lent to any other person.
• To manage a deceased member's account, legal inheritance documents must be submitted to support.

A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. Withdrawing before meeting this requirement will void the bonus, and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

The welcome bonus applies once per account only. Before claiming a new bonus, the wagering on any active bonus must be completed or cancelled first. Some bonuses are valid for specific games only — this will be stated in the offer details.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they convert to real balance only after wagering requirements are met.

If a technical error or server issue affects the outcome of a game, that round will be voided and stakes refunded. If a user deliberately exploits a system error, any resulting winnings will be forfeited. In live games, the dealer's decision is final — disputes may be raised via live chat, but only after the round has concluded.

Users can close their account at any time by contacting support. As part of responsible gaming, you can also temporarily freeze your account or pause gaming activity for a set period whenever you choose.

• Accounts inactive for two years will be archived automatically.
